WHAT IS A BUSINESS MOT DAY?
It is a day (or days) spent looking at
your business from all different angles to see where the issues, challenges,
and opportunities lie. No two businesses are the same, so your MOT day
is uniquely tailored to you. Before the day begins, we will talk in some detail so I have a very clear picture of where you are and I will put together a schedule to ensure you get the very most of our time together. Some of the questions to consider are: What area of your business most needs attention?
What would be best outcome from our day spent together?
What do you want to achieve in the next 12 and 36 months? What are the challenges? What opportunities are in the air for you?
CAN I USE THE BUSINESS MOT DAY TO TACKLE ANYTHING?
Yes. I want you to get maximum benefit from my services. If you need a whole day spending on one area – for example, problems within a team – then I am happy to help you with this or anything else. On the Business MOT Day I come to you as a business and life coach – but also consultant and mentor (where I have expertise knowledge), life-skills teacher, cheerleader and motivator. A DETAILED MOT REPORT
A few days after our day together I will email you a detailed report (as a pdf file) reviewing our day together listing all of the changes, ideas, opportunities, solutions and plans that came from the day.
