MY STYLE OF COACHING
I am a caring, challenging and cheerful coach. I'm very honest, practical and intuitive. I want the very best for you and all of my clients. I strive always to be the best coach I can be to help you move forward quickly.

WHO COMES TO ME FOR COACHING?
Sole entrepreneurs to directors in large corporations. Typically my clients are in their 30s and 40s. They have achieved a level of success, but frequently they have a lot on their plates and they are juggling the demands of their work and family life. Smaller business owners frequently have no-one with whom they can bounce their ideas on and often they are more 'in' the business than working 'on' the business. Top directors are often dealing with very demanding goals often at odds with other departments and sometimes have their shareholders breathing down their necks too.

My role with each and everyone of my clients is to show them what I see, be their support, friend, motivator, guide and life skills teacher and of course their coach. I ask a lot of my clients – I want for all of my clients to grow, both in themselves and in the work that they do.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
I usually get together with my clients twice a month. This keeps the momentum going. Sometimes once a week for 'big pushes' or 'challenging times' is good too. I do most of my coaching on the phone (see below). I also travel to see my clients at their premises.

TELEPHONE COACHING VS FACE-TO-FACE
Most people assume that telephone coaching is inferior to face-to-face work. Yet my experience is that telephone coaching is often better than in person. By focusing solely on your words, tonality and energy in your voice, I can 'read' far more of what is going on for you. Telephone coaching is also very practical – I can call you virtually anywhere in the world. I currently coach clients who are in, or travel regularly to; Holland, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Spain and Surinam.

HOW LONG DO CLIENTS STAY WITH ME?
How long do you need me to 'walk' with you? Some people just a need a push to get over a specific hurdle – so perhaps a few months only. Other clients choose for me to be part of their businesses. I currently have 3 clients with whom I have been working with for around 3 years. There is no minimum or maximum time. I'll stay with you for as long as I am needed and can continue to give you value.

IF I DON'T KNOW YOUR FIELD, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
You are the expert in your own field. My role is not to tell you how to do the specifics of your job, but I can help you do it differently. My expertise is in human nature and communication. I also will make you feel better by relieving you of your stress, helping you find new ways of dealing with your work, and teaching you new ways of communication. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I want for you to think of working with me as an investment. As with any good investment, I expect you to get an excellent ROI. I know that working with me, you will earn far more than my fees. Working with me will lead to far greater profitability, less stress, better health and feeling better (for you and your business).

I offer a range of business coaching services, starting with the cost- effective telephone coaching to full days at your premises where I work intensively with you on a one-to-one basis, or I with several individuals separately or as a team. Communication. I see people tie themselves into knots because they don't know how to say what's really going on for them. I will teach you new ways of communicating. Once you have mastered this, it allows you to say anything to anyone in an honest, graceful and respectful way.

Intuition. I am intuitive – it's a great gift. It allows me to see things you might not see. It guides me in my coaching of you. It's OK if you are skeptical! I don't push it – I just want you to know this is part of who I am.

The gift of making people feel better. In a ruthless business world, this may seems like New Age philosophy. It is different from our traditional beliefs of how businesses become successful, yet I know that making you 'feel better' is the key to your success – and this is the gift I give to all of my clients. Do remember though that I will still push you – I will challenge you to be the best you can be when you 'feel better' – you can be!
