FOUNDATIONAL GROWTH TOPICS
Tolerations: Recognize how much 'stuff' you are putting up with (tolerating)
and learn how to move towards becoming toleration free. Over the 9 months
aim to increase your Clean Sweep by 20 points.
Boundaries & Standards: Personal Boundaries. What are these? How do you define and when necessary
defend them? What are your standards? How are these interwoven into your
boundaries?
Extreme Self-Care: We will cover the basics of this large topic. Learn that you are the most
precious thing that you have. Looking after yourself is 100% necessary
if you are going to move forward, and be able to love others in the way
you want to.
Who Am I? Who are you to yourself and to others? Who do you want to become? Looking in the mirror can be challenging – but so ever so rewarding too.
Needs, Wants & Integrity: Needs are just needs we all have them! There is no
such thing as being needy just needs that havent
been met. Recognize what your needs are and how to get them met.

Truth Talking: Communicating from the heart by learning to use "I Statements".
Be true to yourself. Be able to say what you need to say without hurting
others.
Money: Money is just a tool. Learn how to budget, create a reserve and plan for
the future.
Your Special Gift: We all have a special gift. What is yours? How can you share your gift
with the world? Learn how to bring your special gift into your everyday
life.
Eating Healthily: Give your body what it needs. Learn how deprivation and food restricted
diets dont work. Learn more about food types and how to read food
labels. Eat to be the best you can be!
Fitness: Your body needs exercise. Different forms of exercise give the body different
benefits. What does your exercise regime give to you? Do you need to add
to it, or change it? How can you make exercise part of your everyday life?
Creating Your Vision: What is your vision? What does it mean to you? Create a vision that is
amazing! What is the first step to making your vision come true?
Relationships: Love, being in love, intimacy, long-term love, love of our children, family
and community love we could spend weeks on this one! Where do you
need the most help? Learn how to dramatically improve all of your relationships.

habits to ones that serve you better.
The Present is Perfect: You cant change the past. The future hasnt happened yet. The
present is the only place you can change things. Start to enjoy and come
to realize that no matter how imperfect the present might seem, it is
truly perfect for now.
Creating Time: Time is not static: when you are rushing to catch a train, you dont
experience it in the same way as when youre waiting to hear news
of a family member in distress. Understand that you create your own experience
of time, learn how to make the most of time and create reserves.
Becoming More Intuitive: Get back in touch with your inner wisdom. Start to become aware of your
intuition. How intuitive are you? Start listening to your intuition, learn
to trust it and start acting on it.
Spirituality: What does spirituality mean to you? How do you define it? What are your

The Growth Topics
I will take you through the foundational Growth Topics first. These are designed to help you build a strong base on which to build the rest of your development.
Afterwards you can choose any of the other topics in any order you wish – letting me know on a session-by-session basis.
You can choose how you integrate your Life Coaching with the Growth Topics – perhaps alternating them or doing them in clusters. You can also choose the frequency of your sessions to be weekly or fortnightly – again this can vary as you need too.
There is no minimum time, however, I do suggest that you consider a 6 month time frame so that you get the most out of creating your own Daisy Chain. |
