Paying for Business Coaching I believe that business coaching is an investment and I want you to get a great return on it. Sometimes the benefits of coaching are not immediately evident in monetary terms – for example reducing your stress, or improving your communication skills. None-the-less, if you work with me for more than 6 months, I would expect you to make at least twice as much as you pay to me. There is no minimum or maximum time for your coaching: I’m happy to work with you for as long as you benefit from it. Payment for my business coaching is not traditional, nor fixed. Instead my payment terms come from my spiritual beliefs that allow you to choose: let me briefly explain. One of the spiritual philosophies is that enlightenment should not have a price tag: enlightenment is for anyone and everyone who chooses to walk and live in a way that is more in harmony with themselves, nature and the universe. Payment then is based on the ‘ability to pay’ and ‘value received’. Although this concept is not common in Western society, it is the way my pricing is structured. What has enlightenment got to do with business coaching? I know that I am becoming one of the top coaches in the UK. Most of my peers are now charging very high fees. On the one hand I know I could do the same. On the other I know I then my clients would only be business owners who are already very successful – instead of those who have the potential for greatness and who just need a nudge and a guiding hand to get them there – people I truly love working with. So I ask for you to pay me based on it’s true worth to you and your ability to pay for your coaching. I trust the universe to bring to me honest people. If someone chooses to pay peanuts when they can easily afford to pay more, then I know they won’t get the full worth of me. Not because I will do anything different: just I believe that’s how it works! Deciding how much to pay If you are a one-man band: A sum of £130 a month is perhaps where you can start. Likewise if your business is not doing so well, then this is also an amount to consider. In this case my aim would be to help you increase your profit within the first 6 months so you can then easily afford £150 a month. If your business has 10+ employees, or if your business has reached a place where coaching is more about refinement, effectiveness and polishing then you may wish to consider a sum of £200–250 a month. You choose how much to pay me. I never ask for any details around this choice – all you need to do is to let me know the amount. I totally trust you will choose the right amount for you. If you are still working with me in 12 months time, I will ask you to review your choice again – to either increase or decrease according to your situation at that time. Or if you feel you need to change it because your circumstances have changed, then again just let me know. Back to business coaching or the main Red Dandelion home page |
