Paying for Coaching One of the spiritual philosophies is that enlightenment should not have a price tag: enlightenment is for anyone and everyone who chooses to walk and live in a way that is more in harmony with themselves, nature and the universe. Payment then is based on the ‘ability to pay’ and ‘value received’. Although this concept is not common in Western society, it is the way my pricing is structured. Will my work with you spiritual and enlightening? Comparing what I do to that of an enlightened master - well, no, probably not :- ) And yet for some of you our work will be spiritual and healing. For others, our work will be very practical and business orientated – yet my intuitive and empathic abilities still underpin this work too. By the way, I love this dichotomy! To me it's natural in one moment to be tapping into my intuition to help someone sort out a tangled relationship and in another to be looking at marketing and business plans. I know that I am becoming one of the top coaches in the UK. Most of my peers are now charging very high fees. On the one hand I know I could do the same. On the other I know I then my clients would only be the wealthy and the businesses who are already very successful – instead of people and businesses who have the potential for greatness and who just need a nudge and a guiding hand to get them there – people I truly love working with. Over the years I have come to see that there is a connection between how much something costs a person – and the value then placed on it. Because of my love of diversity, I have clients from all walks of life. Some earn an average salary and others earn fabulous amounts. Wanting to continue to work with people from all backgrounds lead me to create this payment method. It is also transparent and in keeping with my spiritual beliefs. I ask for people to pay for their coaching based on it’s true worth to them and their ability to pay for it. I trust the Universe to bring to me honest people. If a few choose to pay me peanuts when they can easily afford to pay me more, then I know sadly they won’t get the full worth of me. Not because I will do anything different – just because that’s how it works. Helping someone change their life can indeed be priceless. Helping someone turn their business around is more measurable, but in both cases there needs to be some reality. Most people find it difficult to put a price on how much coaching is worth to them, and if you research coaching fees, you will find that the range is also huge anywhere between £100-400 a month. So these are my suggestions. For most people, a sum of around £150 a month for 2 sessions means it’s not cheap, it will be valued and yet it won’t put you in financial difficulties. If you are on an average or low salary, I am happy for you to pay me £120 a month. If you are fortunate to earn a good sum, then I wish to suggest at least £200 a month. You choose how much to pay me. I never ask for any details around this choice – all you need to do is to let me know the amount. close window or to go back to the main Red Dandelion home page |
