Would you like to take part in an interactive learning experience to enhance your own self-development? My Teleclasses are telephone conference calls for up to 12 people. We come together to discuss a topic for a few weeks in row. On the call I will hold the space for each and everyone of you to grow as well as be your coach, teacher, guide and friend on the journey. One of the most powerful life skills tools is to learn how to say 'no'. So often we find ourselves doing things we don't want to do – because we feel obliged to, feel like we have no choice, feel pressurised to or even bullied into it. This teleclass teaches you about your personal boundaries – your lines in the sand – shows you who is crossing your boundaries and how to define and if necessary defend your boundaries. When you have discovered where your boundaries are being breached, I will teach and coach you on how to use Truth Talking. This extremely powerful tool will help you speak your truth, step into your own power, hold your head high and say 'no' without blaming, judging or accusing others.
THE FORMAT
The calls are held on Thursday evenings at 7 pm UK time. They last for one hour. You will receive supporting materials as pdf files sent to you via email. The telephone numbers for you to call and the access codes are sent to you via email after you have booked.
HOW TO BOOK
