intuition and life planning workshops

I offer 2 different one-day workshops: Awaken Your Intuition and Create Your Own Life Plan. I host these events. They are to help you learn new things, experience what it's like to work with me and have fun with like-minded people.

AWAKEN YOUR INTUITION
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in developing their intuition so they can how to distinguish it from your other internal voices, use it to make better decisions and receive guidance as to which path is the best for them – and which ones are the best to avoid.

Even if you thing you're not intuitive – please know that everyone has this ability – just in childhood it frequently gets squashed. I will show you how to 'wake-up' your intuitive 'voice' and show you how you can use it as well as develop it further.

I use my intuition on a daily basis. It helps me coach my clients. It has revealed to me amazing opportunities that I would have missed if I had just followed my logical mind. Intuition does not replace your rational and analytical thoughts, rather you learn how to use them together.

WHAT WE COVER DURING OUR DAY TOGETHER

• Discover how your intuition predominantly shows up for you: through body sensations, visions, voices, emotional sensing and/or through a 'knowing'.
• Do exercises working with your intuition.
• Learn how to distinguish your intuitive messages from your fearful ego messages. Learn how to combine your intuition with your analytical thoughts.
• Experience how to ground yourself.
• Experiment with different mediation techniques – so you can be more open to your messages.
• and... have fun with like-minded people.

THE VENUE
The workshops are held at the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in London – close to The Elephant & Castle Tube Station. The energy at the centre is light and peaceful – great for doing self-development workshops.

The centre welcomes people of all faiths and beliefs. The workshops are not religious: they simply honour everyone for who they are.

There is cafe on the premises and basic rooms for B&B if you wish to stay over.
